From 99E turn west onto 29th Ave, take the second left onto Fir Oaks Dr, turn right on Lakewood Dr, take the second right onto Lawnridge St, the sale will be along the right. (You can also come off Queens and Broadway, or Liberty… lots of ways to go!)

This is a residential neighborhood, please watch mailboxes, and driveways, and be kind to the neighbors!

The Goods:
Enter through the garage where there are large file cabinets, an OSU dining canopy, glassware including milk glass, tools, sanders, drills, and hand tools, a large extensive collection of collectible plates and collectible coins. The garage is also packed with fishing gear including nets, poles, reels, tackle boxes, wicker creel bags, fly tying kits, scales, fishing line, and more. There is hunting and camping gear, including gun racks, a large selection of sleeping bags, camp stoves, camp chairs, lanterns, gun cases, stadium chairs, coolers, golf clubs, golf carts, pocket knives, chainsaws including McCulloch, Craftsman, & Homelite. There are vacuums, heaters, work lights, fans, tennis rackets, first aid kits, garden supplies, painting supplies, and the list goes on.

Head on through to the back porch where you’ll find gardening tools, spill over kitchen and camping, and holiday. Gardening supplies include shovels, rakes, hoes, seed spreaders, wheelbarrows, garden carts, lawnmowers, ladders of all sizes, a Mercury 9.8 horsepower boat motor, an assortment of metal gas cans, Black & Decker edger and trimmer, weed eaters, and boxes of clay targets, kitchen items include a popcorn machine, serving trays, canisters, electric grill, and canning jars. There is also light fixtures, sundial, watering cans, game table top, vintage trunk, American flyer train set with tracks and controllers, vintage metal roadside station, a Westinghouse Cooler, and yard art. Everything you need to decorate your home for the holidays is also here. Many Christmas decorations, Christmas plates, large collection of Santas, life-size scarecrow and large decorative pumpkins, outdoor lanterns, Fourth of July decorations, and more!

Backtrack to the laundry room where there is a large collection of orange and black items for the OSU Beaver fan including pom poms, footballs, sweatshirts, hats & gloves, baseball caps, stuffed animals, blankets, slippers, & yearbooks. There is a Kenmore dryer model 96283110 & Kenmore washer model 92283100. A set of vintage hexagon end tables, a large storage cabinet, an antique wood merchants button cabinet, and a darling maple telephone bench topped with vintage ashtrays and coasters.

Now on into the kitchen where a cheerful yellow Formica retro kitchen table set holds a display of age-appropriate retro dinnerware including atomic age glass carafe, and vintage dinnerware. Under the window a table full of Crystal and glassware, as well as colored and Vaseline Glass, cranberry glass, and depression glass.   Underneath you will find small appliances and Farberware cookware as well as kitchen gadgets. There is a wine cooler, next to the counter which displays Pyrex bowls, CorningWare, art glass, shamrock pattern bone china Queen’s, and a full set of Baroque stoneware. There’s a collection of salt and pepper shakers including many figurals, bins of flatware and silver plate, and the ubiquitous sink full of baking supplies. There are multiple sets of stainless flatware, ornamental figurines including chickens, pie birds, a 1950s pink Ice-o-matic, teacups and barware, Panasonic microwave oven, Crock-Pot and can openers, retro blenders, coffee cups toasters and Keurigs. There’s a shelf devoted entirely to ornamental teapots, including figurines such as piglets and chickens. There are teapots and more nick-nacks everywhere you look.

The dining room is home to a beautiful large maple hutch decorated with teacups and saucers, several plate collections, a small round maple table with chairs, a large oak table with chairs, beautiful large cuckoo clock, all surfaces are covered with glassware and dish sets. There is a Hummel spice rack, Franciscan Desert Rose plates & serving pieces, German cut glass steins, silverplate platters, a set of Sterling Reed & Barton flatware, Fostoria cake stands, as well as Fostoria dishes and glassware. Beautiful colored Czechoslovakian cut glass stemware, blue depression glass, many shapes and sizes of drinking glasses and as you move to the next room you’ll find a table full of frames and pictures, bookcases full of books including many classics,  a collection of antique children’s books, classic typewriters including Smith Corona and Olympia, kitchen linens, cute maple cart, an entertainment cabinet with a Sony Bravia TV, stein’s all shapes and sizes, a coffee table, and matching floral couch and loveseat, a grandfather clock, many lamps and so much more.

Just before you step into the living room, take a look at the adorable antique drop-down desk in the hallway under the gilded mirror. In the living room every surface and cabinet is filled with collectibles from Russian dolls to Swarovski ornaments and Hummel figurines. The corner cabinet is you enter offers a display of Russian lacquer, angel figurines, Santa ornaments, and wooden folk art. The curved side table next to it has cut glass and crystal drop lamps, glass and crystal, and more humble decor. there are animal figurines, Angel and animal art, and several cuckoo clocks in varying sizes. There is a matched pair of floral embroidered corner chairs, and to guilt and cream Mediterranean lacquer tables. art on the wall includes foreign street scenes as well as magazine cover reproductions. There is a Mayfair stereo system, a collection of records, and multiple Crystal drop candle holders. There is an awesome Grundig Majestic console turntable stereo system, mantel clocks and wall clocks, as well as a pink satin fringed upholstered chair. on the side tables you will find a collection of anniversary clocks, boys night style vases, and more Swarovski ornaments. There is an opulent blue floral satin barrel armchair, with matching couch, as well as leather-topped accent tables and coffee tables. For the blue and white fan, there are blue glass bowls filled with blue and white ornaments. There are vintage Dresden figurines, gone with the wind hurricane style lamps, and multiple rocking chairs. There are lace and fringe shade lamps, and a corner cabinet dedicated to all incarnations of Santa Claus. Blue and white Bavarian cut glass vases, copper and brass wall plates, and duck decoys round out the collection. There is a multi-tiered round display table, covered with bells in china and metal, as well as glass ornaments and yet more Swarovski. In the far corner before you reach the dining room, a corner display case is full of tiny Hummel figurines, right next to a bowl of decorated eggs.

The bathroom is full of vintage electric razors, grooming kits, perfume bottles new and used, Angel decor, a brass and wood gentleman’s valet, vintage hair dryers, towels and linens, irons and an assortment of bathroom chemicals and cosmetics.

Across the hall in the office, you will find a selection of steins both ceramic and pewter, most of them made in Germany, as well as a good selection of wood bookcases and all size, currently laden with books, bins of office supplies and accessories, tables of vintage electronics including antique turntables, a California turntable, vintage Sony tape deck, and a selection of vintage cameras including Yashica Mat 124 Olympus, and Canon. There is a midsize wood roll top desk, a carriage and horses electric clock, scissors, advertising, picture frames, posters, and several vintage radios as well as boxes of calculators, maps, and other travel memorabilia. There is a Dell computer and printer, an acoustic guitar, cast iron bookends, and a large selection of CDs.

In the back left bedroom you will find two matching jewelry armoires, a selection of jewelry boxes, a bedroom set including dresser with mirror lowboy and headboard, tables of linens and clothing, vintage women’s clothing including 1950s retro, cowboy hats and army uniforms, Cub Scout memorabilia and uniforms, and Pendleton blankets. There is also a small sentry 1330 safe, a collection of bird figurines including ducks and pheasants, glass lamps, vintage clocks, and retro vases.

Step across the hall into the toy room, where you will find the tables and bins and shelves laden with vintage toys including Marx toy company tin toys, Tonka, Hyster, as well as other vintage metal and pull toys. There are child size musical instruments, a good selection of luggage, a turquoise painted dresser and matching vanity stand, a crescent cast iron child’s stove, stuffed animals, bins of games of all vintages, Lincoln logs, and a corner full of crafts. here is a small sewing stand, a selection of sewing baskets including wicker rattan and plastic, a small selection of fabrics and embroidery silks, yarns and crafts supplies, as well as other odds and ends. There is a full size bed with wooden headboard, a cedar chest currently full of art prints, and a standing mirror. On the door where you will find several OSU jackets some vintage some new, and vintage children’s clothing including Roy Rogers cowboy shirts.

The Goods:
Enter through the garage of this lovely two-story home to find a never installed atrium window, outdoor Rubbermaid box, vases of all shapes and sizes, a collection of shopping bags, large warehouse steel shelving units, exercise equipment, storage bin, and outdoor items.

Passing through the laundry room on a metal shelf unit you’ll find many kitchen items, most of them new, including a Sharper Image Super Wave oven, an amazing Margaritaville blender, springform pans, Deni ice cream maker, Sunbeam mixer, bread machine, and crock pots.

Into the house on the right you’ll find a beautiful entertainment cabinet covered with a green Tiara glass dish set, electronics including a Sony HDTV, Technics stereo system with speakers, receiver, and equalizer. A beautiful wood rocking chair, unique lamps, books, and a Hollywood retro round glass top table on a green spiral base. There are several dish sets including Royal Albert, lamps, a collection of penguin, mirrors, rolling chairs, large tree, large vase, collection of rugs, and more!

In the kitchen there’s another wire shelf unit with an assortment of Mikasa serving platters, a wine refrigerator, with a selection of bottle openers and wine chilling carafes. Glassware, serving pieces, pots and pans including LeCreuset, stemware, and casserole dishes fill this kitchen. This kitchen has a lot of high end cooking items, and glasses!

In the center of the dining room is a beautiful mid-century wood table with cream colored matching chairs, a unique mid-century hutch, and a mirrored sofa table. These surfaces are covered with crystal, cut glass, vases, stemware, and serving dishes including Fostoria, Mikasa, and a fabulous selection of Waterford crystal and glass.

In the living room, you’ll find a matching sofa and loveseat with a lovely soft floral pattern, coffee table and end tables with glass top and burled & driftwood.bases.

Travel upstairs to the landing to find dolls, angels and decor items. The main bathroom has lots of almost brand new shoes, mostly size 9.

On the left is the master bedroom with a king-size captain bed with drawers underneath and large oak mirrored headboard, long oak lowboy dresser, and a large oval oak framed mirror. There are blankets, throws, and pillows, many of them new. In the closet you’ll find a large variety of women’s shoes, mostly size 9, fashionable clothing, and a large selection of scarves. There is also a lot of bathroom items, many like new!

Across the hall from the master bedroom you’ll find the media room with many CDs, a kidney shaped two tier desk, and an end table between a pair of floral side chairs. Christmas decorations are in this room too!

In the last bedroom you’ll find a full size sleigh bed, a pair of mahogany nightstands with beautiful glass shade lamps on top. The closet is full of animal print throws and there’s also a table full of sheet sets.
