It was easy to provide nice words to your employees because every single one I encountered was nice, conscientious, hard working, and very polite.

I kept my chats with them to a limit of a few minutes, and I could tell they were anxious to get back to their work by the end of the chat. Very cute!

They also were very complimentary of you and all said how much they loved their job. Very impressive!

I would be begging to work for you if I lived in Corvallis.
