QBO came in and helped my parents sort through a lifetime of items. They packed up and shipped items my parents wanted to keep and took many items to sell at another location. We, especially, appreciated the attention to detail that Kristin and her crew put into sorting items. They were great about setting aside photos or other items they thought might be important to us. I live across the country and if they had any questions they would just send me a text with a photo and I could give a prompt answer. It was a very efficient process for such detailed work. I would highly recommend them because they can provide as much or as little help as you need. It was great to have those options. I happened to need more services and they did a great job.
