Alyssa

Alyssa is a highly organized and motivated individual with a talent for creating order out of chaos. She recently completed a successful season as Program Director for a summer camp, where she oversaw a wide variety of projects and responsibilities. From coordinating large program areas to managing day-to-day tasks, Alyssa excelled at multi-tasking, problem-solving, and ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Her strong organizational skills are rooted in years of experience helping family, friends, and Scouting America. Whether it’s setting up efficient storage systems, arranging large spaces, or streamlining processes, Alyssa brings structure and clarity to every project she takes on. With her dedication and hands-on approach, she continues to build upon her expertise in planning, organizing, and managing both big and small tasks.

Kelli

Locations: Corvallis, Albany, Salem,

Kelli has a wealth of experience helping clients from downsizing to decluttering. She is skilled at handling sensitive situations where emotional support is required. If you need any type of senior downsizing or organizing help Kelli is an excellent professional organizer.

Julie

Locations: Portland Metro Area

Julie is kindly referred to as “Wednesday Girl” by a former client who utilized Julie’s organization skills to sort through memorabilia, furniture, clothing, and other miscellaneous items when she was leaving the home where she raised her four children.  As a Master Recycler, Julie believes in working as a team with the client to determine the next best home for an item – donate, upcycling, designate a charity or individual to pass it on to, sell, or retain – and Julie distributing them as directed.  Julie has also helped with organizing the home office by keeping track of records, expenses and mail too.

Having lived in and moved among the east coast, south, mountains, and now west coast, and making local moves too, Julie knows how to facilitate a sensible and efficient process of moving your home’s prized possessions.  If you are downsizing or adjusting to a different kind of new space, understanding your priorities and personal preferences will get top consideration.  Julie’s design experience will help too in packing to plan for that new space.

Our Organizers will co-create a plan with you to help make you love your space again. We have a 3 hr minimum ($255) for job sites less than 20 miles from our organizers. For longer distances (>20 miles) 6 – 8 hr minimum sessions are required. We prefer to book time slots of 9am-12pm and 1-4pm or 9-4pm slots.
